fitvillains: Your B.M.R (base metabolic rate) is how many calories YOUR body burns at rest. For me, that number is in the 1600-1700 range. If I do NOTHING all day, this is how much I should eat to stay where I am. For those of you who still don’t GET why you can gain weight when you’re eating 1000 calories… Be Smart.
